Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup peeled and grated red beet (1 small beet)
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup coconut water
Preparation
Place ingredients in blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
